With the front that arrived early morning, I had prepared the clients of a potential tough day. Never can really tell how good or bad the bite will be after a front.  
Fortunately my fears were erased fairly quickly.  
Redfish bite was pretty good and the trout bite was on fire. We must have thrown back 20-25 trout between 17”-19”
Including a couple over size.
Former UTRGV asst athletic director Seth Jones brought his high school best friend to join the fun.  Had a great time learning  a lot about the life a Major League Baseball relief pitcher.  He’s currently with the Colorado Rockies and he put a hurt on fish today like he puts the hurt on those MLB batters!!
